guide
Use ATS feedback while editing
Read section warnings and keyword feedback beside the resume content you can improve.
Open ATS feedback
Open a saved resume in the editor and select the ATS or review area. QuickCV evaluates the editable resume and keeps findings near the sections you can change.
Free accounts may see an overall or limited state while detailed feedback remains locked. Wait for entitlement and resume data to finish loading before assuming access is unavailable.
Read section guidance
Start with the overall score and sections marked as needing attention. Section warnings identify structure or writing risks; they do not automatically edit content.
Without a job description, feedback is general. Add a target job description when you need keyword matching and job-specific guidance.
Apply a useful fix
- Open the section named by the finding.
- Read the message and suggestion.
- Make a truthful, specific change.
- Wait for the resume to save and feedback to update.
Do not chase score changes by adding irrelevant keywords. Use Tailor a resume for a job when you want QuickCV to create a separate role-specific version.
