Understand resume link analytics

Before you start

Sign in to QuickCV, then open the resume whose link activity you want to check. Recruiter links and their analytics require QuickCV Pro — on a Free account, the Share option shows a Pro badge and opens an upgrade prompt instead of the Share modal. Compare Free and Pro if you need to upgrade first.

Open resume link analytics

1. Open Resumes and find the resume you shared.
2. Select the card's More options menu (the ⋯ icon), then choose Share.
3. The Share Resume modal opens on its Recruiter Link tab by default.
4. Under Links & Stats, find the link you want to check and select View Analytics next to it.

The same modal also holds the recruiter link you're checking and the social and QR sharing tabs — analytics is one tab among the three, not a separate destination.

Read the totals

Use the total, today, seven-day, and 30-day values to understand recent activity. Area, bar, or line views show the same activity across time in different visual forms. A no-data state is normal for a new or unopened link, and time ranges can differ from each other because each covers a different window.

Use analytics responsibly

Resume link analytics show recorded view activity — a useful signal, not proof of which person viewed a resume or what they decided. Compare activity after intentionally sharing a link, and keep its expiry or revocation in mind. Do not treat repeated views as separate recruiters or as a promise of follow-up.

Expected result

QuickCV opens the analytics view for that link, showing its totals and trend chart. If analytics configuration is unavailable or an error appears, the underlying share link may still work — verify it separately, then check analytics again later. Never include a private token or recipient information when reporting an analytics problem; describe what happened and contact QuickCV support instead.
