Share your resume with a recruiter link

Create a private 30-day resume link, copy it, and revoke it when needed.

Recruiter links require QuickCV Pro and remain available for 30 days unless revoked earlier.

  1. Open Resumes and find the resume you want to share.
  2. Select the card's Share action. On a Free account, this shows an upgrade prompt instead of opening the Share modal — sharing in any form (recruiter link, social, or QR) requires Pro. On a Pro account, it opens the Share Resume modal on its Recruiter Link tab; the same modal also holds social and QR sharing, Recruiter Link is one tab among the three, not a separate destination.
  3. Create a private recruiter link.
  4. Copy the generated URL.
  5. Send it only to the intended recipient.

The public tokenized view shows the shared resume without requiring the recruiter to sign in.

Check expiry and access

Review the link's expiry before sending it. Anyone with the complete URL may be able to open the shared view, so treat it as private access information and never include it in a Help screenshot or public post.

Open the resume's sharing controls and revoke a link that was sent to the wrong person or is no longer needed. Revocation stops that URL from opening the resume; create a new link when sharing again.

Use resume link analytics to understand recorded views without assuming who opened the link.
