Manage your subscription, billing, and invoices

Check your subscription state

Open your dashboard and find the Subscription card. QuickCV may show a status of Active, Cancelling soon, or Free — plus payment-attention or access-ended states when something needs recovery.

An active state means Pro is available. Cancelling soon means access continues through the displayed paid period. A payment-attention or ended state requires recovery before paid access resumes.

Open billing settings

Select Manage Billing on the Subscription card. QuickCV opens the provider-appropriate secure Stripe or Clerk billing surface for payment details, invoices, renewal information, and supported subscription actions. A legacy Polar-managed subscription shows Cancel Subscription directly on the card instead — see Cancel QuickCV Pro for that path.

Wait for the portal link to load, and do not share its private URL.

Manage invoices or payment details

Use only the controls available inside the secure portal. Return to QuickCV after finishing and allow time for subscription state to refresh.

If the portal cannot open, refresh once. For payment-attention or missing-access states, follow Restore Pro access or fix a payment problem.
