Improve resume writing with AI

Before you start

AI writing actions require QuickCV Pro and work best when the surrounding resume contains accurate role and achievement context. AI suggestions can improve phrasing, but you remain responsible for every fact.

Generate stronger wording

1. Open the resume section containing the text you want to improve.
2. Select the relevant AI writing action.
3. Wait for QuickCV to generate a suggestion.
4. Compare it with the original and keep only wording that remains true.
5. Edit specific numbers, tools, role details, and outcomes when needed.

Use AI to make vague bullets clearer, not to invent responsibilities, dates, qualifications, or results.

Review the result

Check that the new wording fits the target role, uses plain language, and does not repeat nearby bullets. Confirm the save indicator before moving to another page.

If generation fails, keep the original text and retry once. A persistent error does not remove the saved resume; continue editing manually or contact support with the action and section that failed.
