Even if you haven't built a massive network yet, show that you understand the value: mention any COI development activities, realtor events attended, or co-marketing partnerships established. This differentiates producers from order-takers.

Lending regulations and product knowledge are non-negotiable competencies. Name specific products: FHA, VA, USDA, conventional conforming, jumbo, or SBA loans. Mention regulatory frameworks: TRID, RESPA, Regulation Z. Compliance knowledge signals that you won't create liability for your employer — an important consideration that volume-only resumes miss.
