Caregiving agencies and families measure caregivers by reliability above almost everything else. If you have a strong attendance record, zero client incident reports, or consistent feedback from supervising nurses, state that explicitly. Phrases like 'maintained zero unplanned absences across 200 scheduled shifts' are the kind of reliability signals that build immediate confidence.
